With pride and joy we introduce to you Bonjour La Parisienne Artisan Bakers. Under the work and direction of our artisan bakers, this is a bakery dedicated to producing and offering a true fresh artisanal line of breads and sweets.
We start with one Biga and four Levain doughs as natural starters and use unbromated and unbleached flours, filtered water, sea salt and the finest natural kosher fruits, nuts, eggs, oils and butter. We then mould by hand and bake our products in brick ovens. Our bakery blends centuries-old traditions with our passion for new, exciting and innovative American breads and sweets.

Old Town Alexandria's Market Square is thought to be one of the nation's oldest continually operating farmer's markets, serving as a primary way Alexandria residents have typically obtained their meat, dairy, fish, fruits and vegetables.
George Washington sent his produce from Mount Vernon to be sold at the Farmer's Market. Today, the market offers Alexandrians a way to reconnect to the past, while participating in an ongoing local and national tradition.

The Manassas Farmers' Market is located in Old Town Manassas. This Market has been serving Manassas for 24 years. The Saturdayday Market is located across from the Harris Pavilion, 9201 Center Stree.
The Saturday Market is located in parking lot B beside the Train Depot (LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF WEST STREET AND PRINCE WILLIAM STREET) and will remain open and features produce that is "Virginia Grown" and beyond.
The best of the freshest local produce at an open-air market. Please use the free parking garage while you're at the market, it's located on Prince William Street.
The Manassas Farmer's Market will be participating in the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (S.N.A.P). program during the 2011 season.
