With pride and joy we introduce to you Bonjour La Parisienne Artisan Bakers. Under the work and direction of Keith Rinaldi, artisan baker, this is a bakery dedicated to producing and offering a true fresh artisanal line of breads and sweets.
We start with one Biga and four Levain doughs as natural starters and use unbromated and unbleached flours, filtered water, sea salt and the finest natural kosher fruits, nuts, eggs, oils and butter. We then mould by hand and bake our products in brick ovens. Our bakery blends centuries-old traditions with our passion for new, exciting and innovative American breads and sweets.

Washington, DC 20415 (map)The WellnessWORKS Farmers Market, produced by Diverse Markets Management (DMM) in partnership with the US Government launches its 2012 season on Wednedsday May 2. The Market, now in its third year, is part of the WellnessWORKS initiative, a program to educate and stimulate federal government employees about health and wellness issues, based on Michelle Obama’s directive. It is held each Wednesday at the DC campus of the OPM building at 1900 E St NW, as a pilot program that will then expand nationwide to all government agencies and buildings. The market is intended to showcase and provide healthy foods and nutritional items for people. Additionally, the intention is to highlight sustainability by featuring only locally grown or produced products. The market as a whole will operate every Wednesday from 10am - 2pm through October, however you Bonjour la Parisienne there at 8 am for all of your early morning pastry needs.

The Manassas Farmer's Market will be participating in the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (S.N.A.P). program during the 2011 season.
